THE STRAIGHTS

The majority of players. Your mission is to identify and eliminate all members of The Closeted before the game ends.

THE CLOSETED

Secret players hiding among the group. The Closeted know who each other are and secretly choose players to eliminate during the game.

THE GAY AGENDA

Once a player is eliminated, they become part of The Gay Agenda. They are no longer competing and instead become part of production, helping with ceremonies, announcements, confessionals, challenges, and other game operations.

Members of The Gay Agenda must remain neutral and may never reveal another player’s role.

– OUT OF THE CLOSET –

Players will gather for the Coming Out Ceremony to discuss suspicions, defend themselves, accuse others, and ultimately vote.

The player selected by the group is officially Out of the Closet and eliminated from active play.

– CRACKED –

The Closeted secretly choose active players to Crack during the nighttime portion of the game.

A Cracked player is eliminated from active play and joins The Gay Agenda.

– CONDOMS –

Certain challenges throughout the game may award a Condom.

A player holding a Condom is protected and cannot be Cracked by The Closeted during that round.

A Condom does not protect a player from being voted Out of the Closet.

Unless otherwise announced, Condoms expire after the round in which they are awarded.

– CHALLENGES –

Challenges and mini games will take place throughout the game.

Certain challenges may award Condoms, advantages, information, or other benefits announced during the game.

– CONFESSIONALS –

Players may be called into the Confessional throughout the game.

Use confessionals to record suspicions, alliances, strategies, accusations, or anything else you want documented.

What is said in the Confessional stays private unless revealed as part of the final production.

– ELIMINATION –

Being eliminated does not remove you from the trip or the experience.

Once eliminated, you stop competing for the prize and join The Gay Agenda to help operate the game.

You may not reveal information you learn after joining The Gay Agenda to active players.

– WINNING THE GAME –

The Straights are working to eliminate The Closeted.

The Closeted are working to survive elimination and remain hidden among the group.

The exact endgame and final victory conditions will be revealed when the remaining players reach the final stage of the operation.

– FINAL RULE –

Do not reveal your role until instructed by the game.

Lie, accuse, investigate, defend yourself, form alliances, betray alliances, and create whatever strategy you want.

Once you are eliminated, you take your secrets with you.

OPERATION THE CLOSETED IS NOW ACTIVE.
